DeeDee George serves as Director of Asset Management at Wesley Housing Development Corporation. She is a strategic real estate executive with almost 20 years of experience in Portfolio Management and Performance Oversight in Affordable Housing and Institutional Real Estate. Her prior leadership positions include Director of Affordable Housing for UPO, a non-profit agency focused on alleviating poverty in Washington DC, Portfolio Manager for the ARHA, and Assistant Vice President for New Tower Trust Company. She is committed to her passion of helping vulnerable populations find equitable access to affordable homes and educational opportunities. She serves on the Board of Directors of Achievement Preparatory Public Charter School and Well Thy Communities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Siena College, and a Masters of Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
