Crystal Hill

Crystal Hill is currently the Chief of Staff for the Chief Information Security Officer at the Department of Homeland Security. In this role she manages human resources, strategic planning, communications, operations, and contracts. Crystal has board experience as an elected executive board member of the Nation’s Capital Chapter of Jack and Jill Inc. of America, Capital City Symphony.

Her board experience includes various elected such as Corresponding Secretary and Financial Secretary for Jack and Jill of America. She was most recently elected as Treasurer. She was elected for two terms as President of the Two Rivers Charter School Parent School Association. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and minor in Statistics from James Madison University. She received her Master of Science degree in Mathematics (Concentration Operations Research) from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has a certificate in Engineering Management from George Washington University. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and playing the violin. She resides in Washington D.C. with her husband and three children.
