Career Opportunities

As Achievement Prep continues to expand its impact, we are looking for highly-qualified teachers, administrators, and Network Office leaders to join our talented team. While educational experience is helpful, we are very open to hiring people from outside the education world who are interested in education reform but have not yet gotten involved full-time.

We are seeking talent for both our campuses and our Network Office. Please see below for open positions and information about the application process.

Please note: As the school year progresses, additional job opportunities will be added. We strongly encourage applicants to check back regularly to view these new vacancies.

Achievement Prep does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, creed, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or ancestry.

Application & Hiring Process

Achievement Prep prides itself on having a rigorous application process that allows candidates to really get to know our organization, scholars, and staff. It also allows Achievement Prep multiple opportunities to get to know you and your expertise. Please carefully review our process below before applying. Candidates will be provided with more details as they advance to each stage.

1. Online Application (click here)

Achievement Prep accepts applications on a rolling basis and all applications are processed as they are received. Our online application portal requires applicants to provide basic information, answer questions relevant to the role, and upload a cover letter and resume. Applicants may choose to upload additional supporting documentation, as well.

Please apply to the one position that best fits your background and area of interest. Should you be invited to the next stage of the process, you may indicate your interest in other roles at that time.

2. Initial Interview

Selected applicants will be invited to participate in an initial interview that will take place by either a phone or video call. At this stage, applicants for instructional roles may be asked to submit video footage of themselves teaching in their own classrooms.

3. In-Person Interview

Candidates who advance to this stage will be invited to one of our campuses to meet with either an individual or a team to be interviewed for the role to which you applied. If applying for an instructional role (including instructional leadership), this will include preparing and delivering a sample lesson to a classroom of scholars. If applying for a non-instructional role, candidates may be asked to complete a related task/assignment on or before the day of the in-person interview.

4. Reference Check

Candidates who advance to this final stage will be asked to submit three professional references via our online application portal. Achievement Prep will notify you before these references are contacted.

Please note that we post all of our positions on an annual basis. If we do not have an opening at the time of your application, we will keep your information on file, and reach out to you when an opening becomes available that fits your background and experience.
