Achievement Prep’s Re-opening Plans Webinar

If you were not able to attend the webinar, here is the recording. We ask that you take a moment to listen to the webinar in its entirety so that you will better understand steps Achievement Prep is taking to keep scholars, staff, and families safe and what instruction will look like for scholars in the fall. As a next step, we are asking all families to complete this survey and select their instructional model preference for the 2020-2021 SY by July 15th. Our goal is to finalize scholar cohort placement by the first week in August.

Instructional Model Options:

A. Full-time online instructional model. Virtual, interactive instruction will be provided five days a week with daily attendance requirements.

OR

B. Full-time in person learning. Scholars would attend school four days a week and participate in virtual instruction once a week on Wednesdays.

Additionally, in this survey we are asking families to let us know if they will be in need of Before or After Care for the 2020-2021 school year. There will be additional information shared about Before Care and After Care programming in August; however, collection of this preliminary data will help us determine what type of program we will be able to offer to our families while complying with city and CDC guidelines.

Again, we want to thank you for choosing Achievement Prep. COVID-19 has impacted the way we return to school in the fall. However, we at Achievement Prep remain committed to working in partnership with you every step of the way to help all of our scholars succeed this year and in years ahead.
